Escaping Emotions

Escaping Emotions

written by: vinitasingh03

She looked at herself in the mirror. Than she realized, she was running away from everything. She was in her imaginary world.
She wanted something deeply. She found herself lost. She was running away from her emotions, her feelings, her past.
With the nice weather, she couldn't resist. She was going outside, enjoying watching t.v., enjoying the weather outside, helping someone else. She realized that she was helping others because it made her feel good, it reminded her of what she didn't have, and how giving the other person, what she didn't have in the past, and seeing that person going through the same thing, made her feel better.
Although she helped this other friend. She realized how much she had to do. So she escaped from her emotions and the things she wanted to do, and daydreamed, or went for a walk.
She realized she had four or five books to read, she had a story to write. She had to get back in her business in which her director wanted her to do. She had projects and activities, she needed to get for her daughter.
Instead she watched a movie or went to the library. She wasn't focused. Her emotions were all over the place. She realized she needed to focus and meditate, to calm her mind and concentrate. To let her emotions from the past be forgotten. She needed to concentrate on her future. To do one thing and just read so she could write her story. To do her research so her story would be successful.
