The Fortune Teller Friend
The Fortune Teller Friend
written by: Vinita Singh
A decade passes by. We learn after years that there is a friend we can communicate with. The reason is they have more experience with life. They know us enough to guide us, and show us the way.It is at the toughest times that we need a friend to talk to. But this friend starts guiding us, by telling us things. Almost as what is going to happen the next month. That we need to be cautious, calm, and relaxed. He tells us to smile. He is called the Fortune Teller Friend. There are times in our lives, when we run into a friend, who knows us for years. As we stumble they tell us it's ok. We can keep going. It's
okay stay in the present. Three years have passed when a girl just had a baby. After having the baby, she was suddenly not feeling well. She went to the doctor for checkups. But she kept questioning this friend. The friend told her, "It's ok, You have been to all the checkups, and it's something very minor." It is going to be nothing major. Even though
the girl was not relaxed, when she heard this, A few weeks passed and after sometime she
found out it was just a very minor headache.
A year had passed, she had moved, now she was questioning about
her next month, He told her you will be very busy for the next month.
Even though the girl was thinking it may be busy in another way.
He was right, She was busy on a vacation having fun.
A couple of days passed. And suddenly her friend told her to go on an Island. Go into your imaginary dream world. You're good at that. Then
he told her stay calm. You will be provoked this month. Surely he was right. She had a very stressful month where she felt nothing was going her way. But this friend by telling her to stay calm and
go on the Island, She was relaxed in her most stressful time. Then
she asked her friend how do you do it. How do you tell me what will be. She then asked how about next month. He told her, Next month
will be better. This made her relaxed. The fortune Teller friend showed her how to be positive and start living in the present even in her worst situations.
